JUDGMENT
On the last hearing date i.e. on 24.06.2021, learned counsel representing counsel on record for the Appellant would submit that despite their best efforts to contact the client and intimate the date of hearing, they have been unable to do so. 2.Learned counsel for the Appellant had reported "no instructions" in this matter on the last hearing date, i.e. on 24.06.2021.
3.Thereafter, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the Appellant in the cause list and list the matter on 30.06.2021.
4.Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation on the side of the Appellant. It can now be inferred that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Second Appeal.

5.Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
