ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 16.02.2015 is not available with the respondent police.

4.Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to give fresh complaint to the concerned Station House Officer and on such complaint being given, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and proceed further as per the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
