J U D G M E N T
(Delivered by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J) This Court had already passed interim direction on 26.06.2019 which are quoted below for ready reference: "Having heard the learned counsels, by the present interim order, we permit the Appellant /petitioner to operate the Account No. 497504444 with the third respondent, viz., Indian Bank, Thiruvottiyur Branch, Thiruvottiyur Main Road, Chennai -19, forthwith without retaining a balance of Rs.2/- lakhs.
The first and second respondent - police authorities are also directed to hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the entire premises of the appellant/petitioner forthwith and report compliance to this Court on the next date of hearing.
The first and second respondents may also show cause as to why the rental of the premises used for keeping the evidence in relation to the accused persons, who were tenants in the said premises of the present appellant/petitioner be not directed to be paid by the State Government. Put up on 03.07.2019."
We have heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties.

The learned counsel for the appellant does not want to press this Writ Appeal in view of the fact that the possession has been handed over to the appellant/petitioner and also that the third and fourth respondents have permitted operation of the bank accounts.
In view of the said submission, the present Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
