ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, C.No.497 of 2020 was issued and only for enquiry purpose, the petitioner was called and he was not subjected to any harassment.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the first respondent is directed to enquire the complainant with regard to the said complaint and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, she has to register the case and proceed further and instead of that, she should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner.
