This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.413 of 2016 dated 02.08.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case is referred as mistake of fact and RCS.No.71/2016 filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore, which has been served to the defacto complainant.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
