(CRIME NO.893 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition as imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.16768 of 2020 order dated 28/10/2020 in so far as para 5(c) is concerned, and to pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.M.ABDUL MAJEED, Advocate for the petitioner and of S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the North Police Station, Vellore every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16768 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16768 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.
