Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents herein in any way shifting/re-locating the TASMAC shop bearing No.914 functioned at Narmadha Apartment, Door No.21, 3rd Cross Road, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai - 600 028 in contravention to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.26049 of 2014, dated 04.07.2016 and subsequent representations dated 20.02.2017 and subsequently received already pending before the respondents dispose the same within time bounded order fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This writ is filed seeking for the following relief: To issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein in any way shifting/re-locating the TASMAC shop bearing No.914 functioned at Narmadha Apartment, Door No.21, 3rd Cross Road, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai - 600 028 in contravention to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.26049 of 2014, dated 04.07.2016 and subsequent representations dated 20.02.2017.

2. When the matter was listed on 17.04.2017, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents took notice and sought time to get instructions.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Nedunchezhiyan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5, based on instructions, submitted that the subject matter TASMAC shop bearing No.914 is already closed and there is no proposal to re-locate the said shop at any other place.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel may be recorded and the writ petition may be closed.

5. Recording the above said submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 4 and 5, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
