Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the concerned records from the respondents 3 and 4, quash the order of the third respondent bearing Group HQRS Chennai Service Order Part-1, No.39/2020 dated 27.04.2020 in so far as holding the petition2022 is not fit for III MACP and the order of the fourth respondent dated 13.05.2020 bearing E.37032/CISF/KPL(E)/Doc/2020/825 holding that the petition2022 is not fit for III MACP as the petition2022 was not fit due to last Annual Performance Appraisal Report-2011 is good and not having three Very Good in last five years as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents to extend III MACP to the petition2022 with effect from 01.07.2019 being the date of completion of 30 years of service and promote the petitioner to the post of Head Constable from the year 2010 onwards with all consequential benefits.
