O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 15.12.2021 acknowledged in CSR.No.1391 of 2021 and investigate the same and file final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.12.2021 was enquired in CSR.No.1391 of 2021 and finding that the dispute between the petitioner and the counter party was civil in nature, the respondent have closed the FIR.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to furnish the closure report to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such furnishing of closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file the appropriate protest petition before the jurisdictional Court.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
