O R D E R

Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that against the order dated 01.04.2009 passed in Writ Petition W.P.No.28191/2006 (O.A.No.2521/1996) the respondent have filed writ appeal in W.A.No.1503 of 2010. He would further submit that the Respondent in the appeal/the petitioner herein died and no steps have been taken to implead his legal heirs and the writ appeal was dismissed. In support of the same, he has produced the copy of the Judgment in W.A.No.1503 of 2010 dated 10.07.2018. He would further submit that the benefit of the order of the writ petition has been given to the legal representatives of the petitioner.

2. In view of the afore stated circumstances, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
