The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Salem to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.878 of 2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioners herein filed a suit for partition against the respondents.

3. A perusal of the e-court status filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate the respondents filed written statement as early as 07.01.2025 and issues have been framed on 06.10.2025 and the suit was posted for commencement of trial on 10.01.2026.

4. Taking into consideration the pleadings of the parties are completed and the suit is at the stage of commencement of trial, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Court, Salem, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.878 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
