ORDER

The plaintiff in the trial court is the revision petitioner before this Court. The suit in the trial court has been filed primarily with a prayer for mandatory injunction to direct the sole defendant to remove all protrusions alleged to have been made into her property. It is also seen that there have been some police complaints between the parties. Be that as it may, the suit is of the year 2012. Relying upon a

First Information Report dated 11.11.2014, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner points out that the spouse of the plaintiff (B.Jeyachandran) is now 72 years old and they are unable to put up any construction. It is also submitted that pleadings are complete and the trial can be kick-started, if issues are framed.

Considering that this is a civil revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India (COI) and the nature of the order I propose to pass, I deem it not necessary to issue notice to the respondent. The trial court, namely, the Additional District Munsif, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.176 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. 04.04.2017 vvk To The Additional District Munsif, Poonamallee.
