This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned resolution No.671 passed by the respondents dated 30.05.2000 and the consequent notice dated 10.05.2011 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the amount demanded in the impugned order was already paid by the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, he prayed to pass appropriate orders.

3. Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the respondent did not dispute the fact submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
