The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent had completed the investigation in Crime No.300 of 2011 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.353 of 2022, on the file of the CCB Court, Egmore, Chennai. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.
