The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the petitioners land measuring about 1.83 acres in S.F. No. 161/1 2.26 acres in SF.No. 164/1 and 0.50 acres in SF. No. 164/ 4A1B1 and 164/ 4A1D 164/4A1F in Krishnapuram Village of Udumalpet Taluk in Tiruppur District as per Sale Deed dated 19.07.2000 registered as Doc. No. 3044/ 2000 on the file of Sub Registrar Udumalpet and issue a separate subdivision and patta for his name by considering the petitioners application dated 29.04.2022.

2. The petitioner, in order to measure his land situated at S.F. No. 161/1 2.26 acres in SF.No. 164/1 and 0.50 acres in SF. No. 164/ 4A1B1 and 164/ 4A1D 164/4A1F in Krishnapuram Village of Udumalpet Taluk in Tiruppur District has submitted an online application to the respondents on 29.04.2022. Therefore, in order to consider the same and to do the needful, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

4. Learned Government Advocate would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner along with the necessary fee would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "That there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the application submitted by the petitioner along with the necessary fee and do the needful by measuring the petitioner's land within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
