Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order dated 30.09.2009 passed in Writ Petition W.P.No.39866 of 2006 has already been complied with. In support of the said contention, he has produced the copy of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 03.01.2018 as well as the proceeding of the Local Fund Director dated 11.09.2018.
