ORDER
(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue, seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce his elder daughter, Sandhiya, aged about 17 years, before this Court.
2. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court. However, the petitioner and the second respondent are not present before this Court.
3. The birth certificate of the detenue has been produced before this Court, from which, it is evident that the date of birth of the detenue is 16.06.2000 and she has already attained majority.

4. The detenue also reiterates that she wants to live along with her husband, i.e. the second respondent herein.
5. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
