For Appellants : Mr.Tamil Thendral Arasu For Respondents For R1, 3 to 10: Mr.Mythili Suresh for M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates : R2 - died COMMON JUDGMENT The second appeals are directed as against the judgment and decree dated 12.01.2001 in A.S.No.76 of 1999 (originally A.S.No.60 of 1997) on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Sankari reversing the judgment and decree dated 22.08.1997 in O.S.No.617 of 1990 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Mettur and the judgment and decree dated 12.01.2001 in A.S.No.77 of 1999 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Mettur confirming the judgment and decree dated 22.08.1997 in O.S.No.727 of 1990 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Mettur.

2. It is reported that pending the second appeals, the parties have settled their issues amicably between themselves and therefore appellants do not want to press the second appeals and want to withdraw the second appeals. To that extent memo has also been filed, and endorsements have also been made by the respective counsel.

3. In view of the endorsements made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the second appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
