2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.395/2014. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.395/2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
