ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7920 of 2007 dated 13.03.2010.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the order of this Court dated 13.03.2010 has been complied with and also to support his contention he has produced a copy of the compliance report of the second respondent dated 10.11.2020.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
