PRAYER:Criminal application has been filed under Section 341 of Criminal Procedure Code to set aside the Judgment passed in Special C.C.No.7 of 2008 on the file of the Special Judge ( Under The Prevention of corruption Act) ( Principal Sessions Judge) at Puducherry dated 27.07.2009 in so far as the order passed under Section 340 of the Cr.P.C.

For Petitioner : Mr. Elangovan O R D E R The petitioner prays to to set aside the Judgment passed in Special C.C.No.7 of 2008 on the file of the Special Judge ( Under The Prevention of corruption Act) ( Principal Sessions Judge) at Puducherry dated 27.07.2009 in so far as the order passed under Section 340 of the Cr.P.C.

2.When the matter is listed today the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission to close this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect:

" For the very same rejection order passed in Spl. C.C.No.7 of 2008 on the file of the Special Judge under PC Act/PSJ Puducherry dated 27.07.2009, the appellant filed Cr.R.C.No. 84 of 2009 and this Hon'ble court passed an order on 07.07.2005 closing the CrlR.C. This

appeal is filed against the 2nd portion of the order. In view of the order passed in Crl.R.C.No. 847 of 2009 dated 07.07.2015 the present Crl.A. may be closed in the terms of above order ( Order in Crl R.C.No. 847/2009 enclosed)"
