This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Villupuram, as illegal and without jurisdiction in so far as it relates to the petitioner herein. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, it was submitted on behalf of the State that the respondent has no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

objection to quash the complaint against the petitioners herein, since the fourth accused has already been brought on record. 3.In view of the above statement made, the proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram is quashed in so far as the petitioners herein are concerned, and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
