1. Petition for anticipatory bail.

2. Offences alleged are under Sections 120B, 406, 468, 471 IPC r/w Section 65, 66, 66(d) and 74 of Information Technology Act in Cr.No.3 of 2014.

3 Petitioner is A3 in this case.

4. This is his 5th anticipatory bail petition.

5. Heard both sides.

6. The petitioner and others in the name and style of M/s.SAMTEAMFX (P) Ltd received Rs.3,46,35,200/- and they have cheated many persons who gave their hard earned money. There are incriminating information as against the petitioner also. Investigation is going on.

7. In the facts and circumstances, I do not find any change of circumstances since the dismissal of his earlier petition.

8. Thus, this petition is dismissed.
