Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 15.12.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It appears that the dispute is essentially between the partners in respect of business transaction. It does not disclose commission of cognizable offence and hence, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
