ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b),323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.4 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is a sole accused in this case and it is alleged that he has assaulted the defacto complainant with iron rod. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a notorious criminal and there are three previous cases pending against him. Hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a notorious criminal and he has three previous cases to his credit, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
