Arbitration Application Nos.54 to 56 of ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that insofar as Arb.Appln.Nos.54 and 56 of 2025 are concerned, the receiver appointed by this Court has repossessed the vehicles. However, insofar as the vehicle, which is the subject matter of Arb.Appln.No.55 of 2025, the same has not been repossessed.

Mr.Bhavesh Hajare, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondents. He would submit that the respondents are exploring the possibility of settlement.
