Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned Panel for promotion to the post of Assistant Engineer for the year 20192020 issued by the first respondent in Proc.R.No.812/A2/2019 dated 24.06.2020 and quash the same in so far as the rank assigned to the petitioner in the said Panel and direct the first respondent to place the respondents 2 and 3 below the petitioner in the said Panel and grant him all consequential benefits.
