This contempt petition has been filed seeking order to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 28.08.2017 made in W.P.No.5351 of 2016 of this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed by this Court on 28.08.2017 in W.P.No.5351 of 2016 has been complied with.

Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
