The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.11.2023, registered for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(b), 25 of the NDPS Act, 1985 and 328 of I.P.C and 24(1) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act,2003 in Crime No.533 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. It is stated that the petitioner was found in possession of 25 grams of ganja, Bhola Vati Munakka Ganja Chocolate 1260 kilogram, Cool LIP 2 pocket, MAVA 250 grams,, cell phone and cash Rs.650/-.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main accused is A2 and he obtained the banned contra band from A2.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that there are 6 previous cases pending against the petitioner which are similar in nature.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that there are 6 previous cases this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
