CRIME NO.668/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition which is mentioned in the para 6 of the bail order (ie) petitioner report before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.23654/2021 in Crime No.668/2021 dated 08.12.2021, on considering the pathetic condition of the petitioner and pass such or other order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S L.THIYAGAIYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23654 of 2021 on 08.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
