J U D G M E N T

This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant/complainant as against the Judgement of acquittal passed by the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, in C.A.No.268 of 2008 dated 20.08.2009 reversing the conviction and sentence passed by the learned XVIII M.M. Saidapet, Chennai, in C.C.No.7565 of 2004 dated 19.09.2008, convicting the respondent under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Swamidoss Manokaran, learned counsel for the appellant/complainant would submit the matter has been settled out of Court and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
