[Judgment of the Court was delivered by A.SELVAM, J.] This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the order passed in O.P.No.2082 of 2010, dated 28.01.2016, by the II Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2.During pendency of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, wherein, both parties have settled their issues and to that effect, a joint memo has been filed. Wherein, it is clearly stated that both parties have agreed to dissolve their marriage. 3.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed and the marriage between https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the appellant and the respondent is dissolved as per the terms found in the joint memo filed by both parties. The Registry is directed to annexe the joint memo in the decree. No costs.
