C.M.P.No.7883 of 2022 in C.M.A.Sr.No.91059 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1051 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.91059 of 2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. Mr.M.J.Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the second respondent-Insurance Company.
3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
4. It is made clear that the claimant will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 1051 days.
5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.J.Vijayaraghavan, as learned counsel for the second respondent-Insurance Company.
