O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction the incentives, increments and part final payment of the Provident Fund amount, to the petitioner based on the representation dated 08.04.2013.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking to sanction incentives and increments for completing the Master Degree and since the same has not been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner is entitled to succeed in this writ petition, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2013.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent have no serious objection for this Court issuing direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation.

5.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2013 and to pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 6.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
