The petitioner, alleging that the respondent initiated a private complaint against him under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, seeks a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arcot, Vellore District, to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with STC.No.676 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arcot, Vellore District.
