Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th Respondent to implement the order of the 4th Respondent issued proceedings No.Mu.MU.409/1989 dated 02.02.1989 and consider the Petitioner's Representation dated 24.12.2020 for rectifying the errors crept in, in respect of lands to an extent of 1.77.5 Hectares (4.38 Acres) comprised in Survey No.169 of Nandhimangalam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.
