A.No.1898, 1899 & 1900 of 2022 in OP.No.610 of 2018 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., These applications are filed praying (i) to condone the delay of 376 days in filing the application to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the 26th respondent, (ii) to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the 26th respondent herein (ii) to permit the applicant/petitioner herein to bring on record the respondents 26 to 28 as the legal representatives of the deceased 26th respondent, as the proposed respondents in the above O.P, respectively.

2. Heard Ms.S.Geethanjali, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner and Mr.P.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 26.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 26 has no objection in allowing these applications.

4. Therefore, considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the respective petitions and no objection being stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 26, these applications are allowed.
