(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition 6(d) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19356 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020 directing them to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for the period of one week and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the petition for modification has been filed by the petitioners before executing sureties and without complying with the condition even for a single day. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
