This criminal original petition has been filed to register the F.I.R based on the complaint dt.22.10.2019, in view of the order dated 14.02.2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Perambalur in Crl.MP.No.845 of 2020 and conduct the investigation.

2.Mrs.Mohanasundari, Inspector of Police, Perambalur, is present at the time of hearing.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that an FIR has been registered by the District Crime Branch, Perambalur in Crime No.1 of 2021 on 09.02.2021, for an offence under Sections 294(b), 417, 419, 420, 463, 465, 466, 467, 506(i) IPC r/w 109 IPC.
