This petition is filed to condone the delay of 110 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, the learned counsel takes notice for the caveator/1st respondent and submitted that he has no objection in allowing the petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is not necessary. The learned counsel further submitted that the appeal is filed only challenging the quantum of compensation granted by the Tribunal.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 110 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. 01.02.2021 kj Note: Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the matter for admission by printing the name of Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, as the counsel for the caveator/1st respondent.
