This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2.Admittedly, in this case a suit filed by the petitioner and others is pending in O.S.No.37 of 2018, before the learned Additional District Judge, Bhavani. The petitioner therefore has to seek for the necessary relief only in the pending suit and the respondent police cannot interfere in a case of this nature.
