ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 14.12.2020 and pass appropriate orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that the petitioner submitted a petition under Section 21 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and it is pending on the file of the first respondent without passing any final order.
4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint lodged by the petitioner under Section 21 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 herein and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
