(Judgment was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Aggrieved by the successful challenge to her promotion before the writ Court by respondents 2 to 5, the appellant has come up with this appeal.

2. Ms.NR.Jasmine Padma, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that subsequently the appellant has been promoted and she has also retired by superannuation and hence nothing survives in this writ appeal.
