ORDER

The contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 21.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.24272 of 2023.

2. The authorities are unable to conduct enquiry under the provisions of the Registration Act to cancel the documents in view of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court reported in 2024(4) CTC 769, more specifically paragraph 178.

3.That being so, the Contempt Petition stands closed. The petitioner has to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 25.04.2025 Index :
