ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, by removing the erroneous classification of Grama Natham, based on the fourth respondent's recommendation dated 26.10.2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that erroneously, the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, has been classified as Grama Natham land. The petitioner also claims that the fourth respondent through his recommendation dated 26.10.2023 has already recommended for re-classification of the property as patta land. The petitioner has given a representation on 27.11.2025 to the second respondent seeking for re-classification of the property as patta land. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2025 seeking for re-classification of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, as patta land instead of Grama Natham land, based on the fourth respondent's recommendation dated 26.10.2023, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
