ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33480 of 2025 dated 12.12.2025 , passed by this Court to report before the court concerned everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner the has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court from 20.12.2025 and further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33480 of 2025 dated 12.12.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the court concerned everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
