2. The learned Government Pleader submits that steps are being taken for strengthening of dams which require to be strengthened. The petitioner has also not appeared. The writ petition may, therefore, be closed.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader that action is being taken in accordance with law to strengthen dams which require to be strengthened, the writ petition is closed.
