2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has regularly depositing a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as interim maintenance on every month, to the account of the de-facto complainant.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has complying the conditions regularly, as per the earlier order dated 02.02.2023.

4. In view of the above submissions, compliance is recorded. The interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 02.02.2023 is made absolute.
