CMP.Nos.3125 & 3131 of 2024 have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant in S.A.Nos.1435 & 1436 of 2013 and CMP.Nos.3129 & 3133 of 2024 have been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant in S.A.Nos.1435 & 1436 of 2013.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petition are ordered.
