This petition has been filed to call for all the records relating to the final report No.4/2013 filed in C.C.No.156 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamalle and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The case of the prosecution is that based on the complaint of one Ms.Priya, a case was registered against the petitioner and other accused under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 494, r/w 109 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that 5 witnesses have been examined in chief by the respondent police and the case is adjourned for crossexamination of the witnesses. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the stage of the case and also considering the fact that there are prima facie materials against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to quash the charge sheet.
